Prefer new but, if in goood condition will cosider used. Sorry, but what is a retro?

Basically a retro (retro-fit) is all of the parts you need to set up the T5 lights..but no outside formal fixture. You add retro parts into your own canopy.

Usually costs less than buying a fixture outright.
