Could of been introduced by a coral or frag or lack of water changes or high nitrates or phosphates in the water .. Try cutting the time period ur lights are on in the fuge and do more water changes. Also test for nitrates and phosphate. Another way of removing it that I stand by is dosing vibrant, works great. Hope that helps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
