RO/DI Waste Water

Hi,

Is there a way to reuse the waste water from the RO/DI unit? I remember reading some where about reroute waste water back to the input line so it can be filter again.

Haven't heard anything about rerouting it back into the input, but you can get a dual membrane set up so that the waste water from the first membrane will go into the second membrane and give you less waste water.

i looked it up some time ago. every where said no because you could mess up the membranes because the waste water will be higher in concentration of rejected crap chemicals and minerals

use it to water your plants or use on your fresh water fish setups. way better than straight tap.

Try using a tube long enough to route the waste water to your washing machine.
