Do you dip gorgonians?

Do you have to dip gorgonians to kill-off parasites? What about ricordias? (I'm thinking of aquacultured specimens).

I never dip them. If anything a quick lugols iodine dip would be better than freshwater. JMO. I tried freshwater before and it's not for me.
