Now the question is, in what regards do people care about this? Is it to the extent of hey let me try to be more eco-friendly at home and with my reeftank. Let me focus on tank-bred fish and stay away from wild caught specimens. Or is it to the extent of oh great now I cant purchase that certain acro anymore. Honestly, this isnt something new. This has been a topic for the past 15 years, its being "brought to our attention" now because of the ever increasing rate that human is damaging this planet. None of this is new.

I have a yellow tang, blue streak cleaner wrasse, blue-green chromis and a maroon clown. All fish selected prior to me realizing that I should be more involved in what I like to all GreenReefing. Honestly, know that I have done my research, that wrasse has no business being in my tank. At this point I am very lucky it is alive and happy. Now my tank is more geared to coral cuttings and frags from other members as well as making tank-bred fish a priority in my purchase.

Please note to members I am not preaching just offering up things I am doing and I also would like to see other members thoughts on running their tanks as eco-friendly as possible.
