Kenya tree coral question

Have tree coral around 1 year it grow very well and give a lot of branches. but almost 3 days now its not opening nothing is next to the coral to get stung from other corals in the same system have several Kenya trees from same mother colony others are ok but mother colony is not opening already 3 days maybe this is happening sometimes. Anybody have any ideas why.

That usualy happens when there is a sudden change or an over dose of something. It will eventually shed off a transparent film and open up soon.I think that's a way of protecting it's self.

My wife has been successful picking it up and shaking it gently in some tank water in a separate container. Speeds the shedding process up.:tongue1:

check your water par. kenya trees r the hardiest corals to keep. it will take a lot to kill it. god knows i tried.
