Has anyone used Tupperware to transport corals? I hate bagging the stuff because I always get nervous that its gonna pop or leak or w/e. Tupperware or any plastic container

I use it them all the time, works fine, no harm to the coral.
I buy the cheap supermarket brands when I find them on sale. If you were at the swap, we also used them for the corals that came out of the raffle/auction tanks.
Less prone to leaking ;)

the plastic containers that people sell soup or Chinese food in works too.

They make tupperware containers that have screw tops and some that lock in the top. They're pretty much split proof. You can also get a small thermos. They're great to transport corals as they're split proof and they keep the coral from getting cold. I've had people actually ship corals in them to me without any problems.

Yeah these are perfect. I transported a bunch of corals and fish 400+ miles in tupperware in side of buckets. THey are pretty much made to transport wet and squish stuff. =)
