I know that the arduino based lighting control systems need a PWM capable LED driver.

I do not need a powerful driver for my lighting as the lighting control system will only control aesthetic lighting (sunrise, sunset, moonlight, clouds and storms).

Will either of these suffice?
(For the dimming drivers I would leave them at 100%)
I am trying to minimize my costs.

I would say the best combination with Coralux storm -x is meanwell LDD drivers and there are multiple choices of 300ma, 700ma, 1000ma....

Thanks for that heads up. I'm going to try the RGB amplifier and see how that works. If not then I'll order the mean well LDD drivers with the wires pre soldered.

The 1000ma ones should be able to handle about 15 5050 RGB LEDs.
Which would be more than enough.

Would this be sufficient power for all six drivers?

No worries why don't you get power supply from groupledbuy.com and make sure that you get your self some extra amps for future upgrades and prices from them for power supply are pretty fair and they are good match for ldd drivers....
