Long Island DIy Algae Scrubber.. Simple Cheap Design

Hello reefers, Here is my DIY Algae scrubber that has been running for over 2 years and it has been working great with plenty of harvest, I am planning on building bigger since I have upgraded to bigger tank.. I made this out of Wood which is sealed with 2 part epoxy and glass from lowes, 1" bulk head for drain and ball valve to control the flow, DIY 1w red led fixture which is on both sides of scrubber. I clean every 2 weeks with plenty of green alage,

Thanks,

Rav

Very innovative man. It's unbelievable how they get people to buy $300+ algae scrubbers...
