Filtration

In what order should filtration be,mech-bio or the other way around? Im thinking you would want biological filtration just before the water goes up to the tank. Any thoughts? Right now I just run mechanical with a crapload of monitoring .

what kind of mech. filtration are you using? i use a filter sock, then skimmer, to return section...fuge is on the other side of sump, has its own feed, spills into return section in the middle of sump.

Basically I'm running a three chamber fuge socks first RO5000xls skimmer second and nothing in the third but pumps for the twin 150 reactors,which I think are too small for my tank,IMO .
