Fairly new and need assistance on choosing pumps

I just purchased a custom 160 gallon tank. It will be set up for fish only and possibly some simpler coral in the future. I'm trying to figure out what gph I want for my sump inlet and sump outlet. I have about 2 months before I start adding my fish in it so I have time. I understand you get what you pay for but Im not trying to spend a whole lot. Just looking for something priced in medium range. I was also interested in hearing some input on insump protein Skimmers and UV filtration. I have seen alot of 9 watt UV lights and want to know if that will work. Also any input on canister filters will be helpful. The tank came with the stand, lights, a 30 gallon custom sump, plumbing, and overflow. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Is it a reef ready tank? If so how many overflows, and what size drains?
If not what size are the drains on your over flow box?
as far as in sump skimmers and uv, others will chime in
