Return pump recommendations

i am looking for recommendations on a new return pump to replace my mag 7 but looking for something more energy efficient. I was thing ether the Marineland Euro Utility Pump 3000 or the water blaster hy 3000 or open to other options.

i have the marineland 5500 on my 90 and could'nt be happier quiet and very low heat

i think Ram just upgraded to a 110. how about the eheim pumps, they are pretty quiet
