My Tek light isn't working and I haven't been able to fix it. Can't afford to get a new one

I would make sure it is U/L listed before buying

Eric, you would be better off buying a used T5 fixture. They are readily available with many switching to LEDs.

C/E certifide is schina listed however i see no fans in their specs???? would consider that

Those might be similar to the odyssea fixtures.

I been looking all over for a used unit, but haven't found one that suits my needs and just can't afford to wait any longer.

Nevermind. I got a good deal on a new TekLight at ReefGeek; less than $300 with shipping.

I had that same Ebay light and it works perfectly fine for softies and LPS.

I tried finding used "high end" fixtures and imo sometimes it's not worth it, depending on the price and unit with having to replace all bulbs you are better off buying some mid level brand.
