It will do the trick. I've seen many tanks with eBay fixtures on them doin fine and that was a few years ago. All LEDs including eBay has come a Long way in the past year. To answer your question, it will definitely suffice. As long as you know your getting a cheaply made Chinese fixture with scary warranty.
Why not go with something like AI Sol if your going to spend 350~ that is controllable and has nice features, even better! Maxspect Mazarra P-Series:
