i have an Acan 36in LED lighting system on my 75 gallon tank. Its mostly lps and softies but i am starting to keep some sps. My question is, whats a good percentage to keep my lights on (white,blue) for the corals to get good growth and without bleaching them?

Depending on what you have been running it at, you should only increase the intensity 5% every week. Based on your profile photo, you are hanging it about 8 inches above the water, so you should not have an issue with bleaching.
