Hanna Ph tester

Hi, has anyone used one of these? I recently bought it and it takes up to 5 minutes to stabilize. Is this normal? It slows down significantly after about 45s/1min, but I'm not sure if I should leave it until it stops completely

Instructions say until it "stabilizes". I can't seem to find much more info beyond that.
