Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong with my doser. It's not dosing the amounts correctly, its only dosing half the amount it is set for, is it just the doser or is there something I can try to fix the issue

If it happened all at once i'd suspect a problem with the unit or the programming. If it happened slowly i'd suspect it needs a cleaning. Take off the pump heads with tubing and soak in white vinegar overnight. Making sure the tubes are filled with vinegar. I cleaned one right now, the only problem I came across is, there is grease on the back plate and cover. I cleaned the wheels and the motor shaft. The dosing hose was fine, no build up was so every in the line.. I do want to swap out the air line tubing. But I has to make a run to the lps.. I'll keep everyone posted...
