Would thing a home AC guy could hook you up, although it's a busy time for them so?
Make sure the receiver dryer (radiator looking thing), or any air filter is free of dust and hair, could be the problem

No ac specialist here but believe most chillers run on r134. Could check specs, and psi specs, and get a can of refrigerant that comes with a quage at your local auto parts store and charge it as you would an automobile.
If that's not something your comfy with get specs and head over to your local auto mech and see what they can do.

Is the fan coming on? Comressor cycling on\off?
If fan comes on, and there's no service port, then you could google ac service port install and diy, or find an ac guy who has the time

see if you can get it out or someway get a better look at it and clean it. Might be some gunk wrapped around the shaft. Imo any kind of spray lube will be too thin and only last a while. Silicone lube would be good because it doesn't have lacquer of whatever that will harden over time, but spray white lithium grease would be best. Would also clean it with brake or elec part cleaner before you lube.

If the motor is sticking try tapping it with the back of a screw driver to nock out any junk in the motor. Make sure you unplug it before putting you hand near the fan or any other moving parts.

so i tried everything under the sun and it keeps getting stuck i cleaned the shaft and the entire fan motor but it seems when it gets hot it stops i have a fan blowing on it to try to keep it cool, but to no avail. its called a shaded pole motor I'm trying to get it replaced but can't find the right motor and the company that makes the chiller i have is no longer in business, so i have to keep spraying it with lube to keep the fan moving.

The same thing happened to me it would turn on and shut off without lowering temp i had it set to,,,so I took it apart and realized the fan wasn't turning so good so I sprayed it with WD40 and that didn't work either so I ordered a new one from Amazon ,,,,I just replaced the Evaporator fan motor and blade on mine and its working like a champ now ,,,,, very simple to change 2 wires and a couple of small bolts to mount it,, I couldn't match my numbers from old one tried everywhere but the one I order was perfect I think model i got is Supco sm670came with 2 blades 3" and 5 1/2"
