HELP! Lighting schedule for Kessil a360we Spectral Controller

Hi All,

Just got my Kessils and love them. I replaced my AI Vegas and I am confused for lighting schedule. On the Vegas I was able to get very low intensity with moonlight mode.

With the Kessil controller I have 6 time slots for different settings. Can someone with these lights give me their recommended settings for the day? I have a mixed reef but mostly softies.
