Help with mp40

I hooked up my mp40 and it was running fine. I just noticed on the controller the lights blinking and flashing from red to green. I went on YouTube and watched a video on resetting the mp40. I followed the directions and it reset. I look again and it's flashing again. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance

Flashing red/green means the motor is stalled. Its either not put together right or the wet side is seized up.

Ok. I'll try another wet side and see what happens
