how to run Profiles in Apex Controller?

[Aqua Pro Builder]

I have set a ramp type Profile in an Apex Controller but I don't know how to run the profile.

When I set the Profile,
I changed the following to

Name: LED
Ramp Time: 005
Start Int: 000
End Int: 100


SAVE


then from here I don;t what to do to run it or set it to a time to auto start.
