I'd steer away from that Black Tang, there's a pretty good chance your Yellow Tang will not tolerate it - the Zebrasoma tangs (Black, Yellow, Sailfin, Scopas) are very territorial towards each other. If you've got money to burn you might want to look at a Goldflake Angel. They can be hit or miss for munching coral (like pretty much every angel), but tend to behave themselves better than others.

I've had success with Cherub Angel (Centropyge argi) in my reef.

She has been a modern citizen for almost 4 years now. Despite that, I still agree the only angels that can be considered reef safe are genicanthus angels. I am waiting for a Bellus angel myself.

Just picked up a yellow swallowtail angel from Tropical Island. A little small so she is in my fuge until she adjusts to the diet.
Eats cyclopeez and mysis and hasnt touched any frags that i put in there.

The family Genicanthus are probably the safest of the Angels so I got a Regal ...LOL been pretty lucky with it...eats everything, flakes, pellets, all types of frozen, clams etc...it, however, recently developed a taste for certain species of zoas and leaves others alone..

Like many have said its either hit or miss. I got lucky with 2 coral beauty angles that mind their own business. I wish I could say the same for my yellow and blue hippo tangs. Ate couple of my zoa frags.

I picked up a very small Flame angel he hasn't touched anything. I think I can get 1-2 more fish I'm still hung up on the Regal but may pass. I saw a few Tangs that I liked that maybe I will do instead. Anyone have any luck with a desajian tang(sp check) and a Yellow in the same tank?
