I had some luck in the past by doing two things. First being when I fed my fish I would usually spot feed directly into the anenome w/ a turkey baster, this made it so the clowns would go to the anenome at feeding time. The second was a suggestion from a buddy when I was out west, it was to find a pic on the internet of the species of clown hosting in the species of anemone that you have print it out and put it on the glass of the tank. I did them both at the same time so I can't tell if one was better than the other or if both techniques did it, but in a little over two weeks they were in. Good luck
