Hi, I've got a 12 gallon tank with 2 damsels, a clown, and a purple pseudochromis. All of my water parameters are alright, other than my nitrates, which are at about 20ppm. I noticed today that one of the damsels is beginning to lose it's fins. Also, toward the back of the fish, it looks as though it's losing some scales. I'm wondering if this is due to a bacterial infection of fin rot, or if it's due to bullying. I just added the pseudochromis a week ago, and he does pick on the damsel somewhat. I'm wondering if I should medicate, and if I should, does anyone have any advice on that? Thanks

my ammonia levels read zero. I'm using those test strips. I know these aren't particularly reliable. I took a water sample to my LFS and they also confirmed that the ammonia levels are zero, and that the nitrates are 20ppm.
