re clown not doing well

One of my clowns has been a bit sluggish lately. He still eats but doesn't come out with the rest of the fish (YT, Hippo, smaller clown, Royal Gramma and Puffer)

I noticed a brownish bump on the left side. Pic is below. It's not as red in the picture.

Anyone with any suggestions as to what this possibly may be?

I'll try to post better pics but my camera isn't the greatest nor I am the best photographer. Probably the latter.

It's always a good sign when they're eating. Maybe he got injured running in between the rocks. I hope he/she gets better!

It's more of a bump than a scrape. It just looks like a scrape in the pic. I'll have to post better pics.

he may be bullied by another fish. ie puffer yt n rg
as long as he's eating, it should be fine. if your tank can handle it, maybe get more clowns so he have a gang to hang with.
