I had a Black Cap Tiger Jawfish thought to have disappeared in my bare bottom <10G nano for more 24 hours.
I am about to post and ask if it's possible for a fish to disintegrate in one day with no cleaning crew nor a bigger fish to swallow it. I checked if there is any sign it jumped out in my completely covered top. No salt marks around the tank and there is no army of land cleaning crew(ants). so I assume it did not carpet surf. For minutes, I took all major rocks out and lay them in DRY bucket to force him out where it could be hiding but of no avail. I even if I am stupid enough to have let him curl up in the two bags of cheatos I gave out yesterday. I swear am about to call those who got the cheato and ask that stupid question.
Then noon come. I see him snatching mysis! Thank God.
