I know theres tons of other threads covering this, but how will a powder brown do in a 75 reef. The stocking will likely be light. Something like a goby or blenny or two, some bangaii cards, pair of clowns, leopard wrasse and some dwarf angel. Sound decent? corals are softies, polyps, mushrooms, leathers....maybe some lps

Your signature looks a little full to be adding anything into that tank.

if small they are ok but as they grow they will do better in a larger tank but Acanthurus tangs are known to be aggressive towards other tangs so add any other tangs with a powder brown

tangs do best in a 6 foot tank but 4 feet isnt bad when they are young

BUT hey IMO better in a 75 then a tiny tank at a LFS no offence to vendors

I don't think the vendors will take offense to that. Vendors and LFS tanks are temporary housing. I would leave that brown out of a tank that has 2 other tangs and a foxface.

there are no other fish in the tank. im sorry. i just sold them to make way for the reef. none of the fish in the sig are in the tank. its empty. sorry for the confusion. So will the powder brown be okay with the stocking list from the first post?

I still say no. I wouldn't put it in a tank that isn't at least 6 ft long.

Tang Police lol

Like Chief said, I wouldn't put any fish with the name tang after it unless my tank was at least 6ft long. You may get away with a baby but remember tangs grow quickly and will out grow a 75 really quick.

alot of butterfly's eat lps, also a leopard wrasse is hard to keep, dwarf angels are prone to nip as well as become very aggressive, look into some of the flasher and fairy wrasse's

I dont see anything wrong with housing a small tang (minus a sohal) in a 75. IMO if you are willing to upgrade or donate down the road then I say go for it

copperbands are veryhard to keep and as stated above there is a chance they will eat corals

Do you have a good protein skimmer on the 75? <--- a lot will depend on this
