Hypo is the only non chemical cure, you need to drop the SG down to 1.009 for at least 6 weeks. Doing this in the display is risky, IMO, as hypo will kill off just about everything else so you'll need to remove all inverts and keep a close eye on pH.

I have to run this course myself and always drop the SG with 20% fresh water change every 12 hours until 1.009 is reached, also use a refractometer as the swing arms are not reliable at low levels; SG to high ich lives, to low fish die.

there is some stuff if you can find it called " marine max" it's awesome, i've used it, in my reef tanks and com. tank. it works for ick. and it's reef safe and works
