New fish in QT still not eating

Sorry to hear of the loss of the Copperband


How is the Naso doing? Is he eating? Does he still have the same spot in the same place?
He shouldn't.
If he truly has ich by now that 'spot' should have burst open and released even more ich into the tank.
Any chance of getting a pic of it?

btw - you can pick up just a couple of uncooked cocktail shrimp at any supermarket or store that sells fresh seafood for a dollar or 2. I usually cut mine into small pieces before I freeze it and thaw out a small piece in tank water when I want to feed it

Hey Kathy the Naso is still the same just picks up little pieces of flake, but he was breathing very heavly the other day so i added a air pump to the tank. Which seemed to help. He still has the same spot on his fin. Ill try to get a pic this weekend with my crappy camera. Im going to try and stop tonight and pic up a couple of shrimp.

Also the purple tang in the other QT tank is looking a little pale. He still eats great and is very active when i walk into the room. Just a little pail
