I just hope you won't cycle a new tank at home with your clown. As long as you don't have too much in the nano, I would move it, save your water, and keep your clown in a container that can breath (holes on top, whatever. As long as you keep your temperature stable it should be fine. The reason fish die in a bag is because the water surface can't breath. So it's not necessarily the O2 in the water, but the O2 in the container holding the water.
When I moved my clowns on a 5 hr car ride, I put them in a small, deep bucket with a heater and punched holes in the top. The bucket was deep enough to avoid spillage during driving. Use of an air stone isn't necessary unless you have many fish in the bucket at once. Good Luck!
