im looking for a quality dip that can be used on fish. i have a hospitol tank, but, i would like to dip them prior to qt. is there any out there that are proven, or better than the next?
+1 i always do a 5 minute fresh water dip, actually lfs gives me a bag of water from his cichlad tank to useAs for what to use, either do a fresh water bath in fresh water, Ph and temp adjusted, or a dip in fresh water containing formalin. Then again it all depends on what they have, as most of the time a fresh bath or dip doesn't do anything but stress the fish out even more
ph is low about 6.2-6.8... they are amazon fish
First you need to figure out what they have and then depending on what they have, a dip may or mayn't be needed.
