So yesterday I adding some water to top off my tank, about 3" in a 75 gal. Now since I've done that my blonde naso is not really swimming around, very lethargic and is hiding and isolating himself by in between the LR. I've had him for a few onths now and he was fine till the other day, I don't know what I did wrong. I always top off my tank from evaporation. He's about 5" long. Please help guys thanks!!!

Check your water parameters. Especially temperature, PH, salinity, ammonia, and nitrites.

What sort of water are you using?

What are you feeding, and how much?

Got any pics?

IMO, waiting to add 3" of top off water to a 75g tank, is over a 10g change (15%) in water level and SALINITY...you're waiting way too long to top off.

+1 to all of the above. If he is that stressed to be hiding instead of swimming, can you check him for Ick as well visually without pulling all your rock to get him in a specimen container?
