i'm making a DIY canopy right now. i'm trying to wire some NO lights to it. i'm using the GE ballast from HD. can anyone point me to a place where i can buy a couple of power cords locally. i have all the switches and wires ready, i just need to power cords that plug into the power. o yea, i need the 3 prong kind. thanks.

You could just buy an extension cord (double shielded of course) from Home Depot and chop one end off or if you just need the plug, all the parts are also available in the electrical section of HD or Lowes.
In the city there's Lindy electrical on (I think) Kenmare st and Mulberry. They are a major electrical componet store.
I would have thought you could buy that stuff at a local hardware store though?

found them at home depot today. they had all kinds, but i forgot to look before. but the only 3 prong one they had in black was 15 ft. the other was orange, yuck. $8.
