Introducing my 2.5 nano

Whats up everyone?
I just got around to putting up a 2.5 nano for mainly softies using some basic stuff that I had laying around. Let me know what you guys think. This is right after everythiung went into the tank. Most of it still hasnt opened fully in the pics. I'll post ones with them open tommorow.
Corals are mushrooms, kenya tree, GSP, yellow polyps, button polyps and pom pom xenia and still more to add in there.

Hey Kris, that's neat looking.
Is that a se bulb your running for the lights?
I have some ballasts you can use for that.

Thanks Johnathon. Yup, its just one of those screw in spiral(energy savers) HD 6500K bulbs. The ballast would be great, what can the ballast run?

I have to check, I took them out of an old hood.
I also have some vho end caps, those I would sell cheap.

The tanks been up and running for a little while now. Just thought I'd post some updated pics.

Johnathon, I never read that last post. If I had known you had the endcaps I would have never ordered them. I can't do anything about it now.

hey kris what kind of light are you using?

I'm using one of the home depot bulbs(spiral bulbs(power compact)). It's a 19watt bulb that is suppose to be as bright as a 90 watt. The K rating is 6500K but it seems to be higher than that because the color is really white.

It's been working great so far.

aiight i was gonna do a 2.5g too i have the tank already now i know which light too use =X

Just be sure to change it every so often. I'm changing every 6 months to be safe. It only cost $7 so it's not a bad deal. Plus everything in my tank is low light.

LoL...just take your time. It takes me a while to get clear pics with the macro I have to have my hands really still.
