Flip, that is insane!! Iam assuming that is a store in Germany? That is taking reefing to the extreme!

Seriously thats a crazy set up. I wonder if the rain is rodi water? Thats definitely the coolest way to top off Ive seen! Itd be really cool to see how the system works, even cooler if it was in english!

I believe it is in germany. The info I got was that they top it off with "fresh" water and the storm happens everyday. I've been trying to find one in english but it's almost non-existent. It's a great looking tank though.

I would imagine it'd have some sort of benefit to corals. They can finally rest from their constant growth cycle when the lights are on that many hours for that many straight days.

I see a benefit with zoas but can't tell if it helps with anything else yet. I was hoping others also did this
