Blue Hippo Turning White?

I have A blue Hippo approx 8 inches long he doesn't have ick but I noticed the past 3 years he isn't deep deep blue like when I first had him his skin is white toned. Is there anything I can do to help his color come back? Thanks

That is a good mix of food because it contains foods (they are onmivores) that include a 'staple' diet and seaweed and meaty items.

How often are you providing seaweed and what kind?

You might also try soaking your meaty foods in Selcon to add more vitamins to the diet.
