When you guys say dip does that go for any type of coral? I'm assuming the solution being used is coral rx- too many questions as it's my first tank and I will be adding a few things over the weekend.

Any good vids of dipping?

J/K in all honesty it's a tough call when it comes to AEFW unless you can visually inspect a piece before a purchase, otherwise it comes down to buyer beware and having some common sense

Agreed with FaviaFreak. Common sense, instinct and being careful should be your MO.

I soak new Acro arrivals in an Interceptor bath for a hot minute, then either Coral RX or TLF Revive. I use a high powered flashlight & Mesoscope to inspect stuff I'm not too sure about.

If I *think* I see egg masses, I use gap-filling super glue to cover and seal.

I just want to say that it's a shame that lots of stores in the Tri-State area have red bugs. Most, but not all.

For clarification, Interceptor does not kill flatworms. For my Acros, I use it for a presoak before I dip. During the dipping process, I inspect and observe for any sort of pests and hitchhikers, including AEFW's.
