Apex Troubleshooting

Hey guys so I have no clue what's going on with my apex, it keeps switching some plugs on and off on its own constantly. I can't even connect to it with my computer to see if I can over ride some controls and nothing. I was able to click restart under net setup and that didn't work and I also unplugged it and let it restart and it didn't fix anything. Can someone tell me if there's anything I could. I also just did a self test and noticed that the version it says is 4.03 6A10 but I think the latest version is 4.05. So now if that's actually the latest version, how am I supposed to update it now that I can't connect to it with my computer

Forgive me: sounds like questions to be asking Neptune's tech support. I hear they're decently responsive, unlike DA.

Is LAN connected to your apex?
Do you have access from web browser?
