It all depends on the type, size and amount of fish you have if i feed my fishes 10 times a day they'll eat it but some people feed twice a day and that's OK you don't want to over feed them, that will cause your water param's to go off i have an auto feeder set up to feed three times a day and so far its been working out for me and twice or three times a week i mix it up by giving them a little treat.

Thanks all,

I think I'll start feeding twice a day. I'm not going to feed them more, just take what I normally feed and split it between the two feedings.

How often should I be feeding my fish? I'm used to freshwater fish which I always fed once a day. Should saltwater fish be fed more often?

I feed Flakes twice a day on Monday,Wednesday,Saturday,

And ones a day mysis shrimp on Tuesday,Thursday,Sunday,

well that's the schedule that I try and follow ;-)
Just get in that grove and you won't overfeed.

That's actually something I've been curious about.

I have a Biocube 14 FOWLR with 2 small Clowns and a few snails and hermits.

So far been feeding once a day in the morning. Alternating between flakes and Artic Pods.

Any suggestions?

If your system can process the bio-load, then I would say feed 3x a day. Fish eat all day long in the ocean and have a short digestive tract.
I feed heavy with frozen concoction once a day and use an auto feeder for Spectrum pellets 2x a day and will manually feed spira pellets as a 4th when I remember.
But don't do this on small tanks or systems that cannot handle the feeding, you will pollute the tank quickly.
