good worms and bad worms

i was just wondering what are good worms, and are there any ? or that all bad ? cuz i found some when i lift up a piece of the live rocks. i was gonna take a pic, but they went in the sand .help

I too would like to hear feedback on bristleworms being good or bad for a reef tank, sure that is what they were, I know the red ones are bad. But what about the others.

Idk as long as they arent flatworms i say theyre good. Its like worms in ur garden
