Hey guys,

This will be my first post on manhattan reefs as I wanted an oppertunity to seek some public opinion on my new reef tech LEDs. I believe I am among the first few whom received the new Promotheus model. From a technical perspective, the specifications are quite impressive and powerful (80 watt overkill lol). Here are some pictures of me unboxing the two lamps. I will post videos of them in action (lightning, clouds, sunrise, ect.) in a couple days when I get a chance to hang them above my 90 gallon reef. If anyone is interested in buying one, I got them at absolutely fish in Clifton NJ....a guy there by the name of Alex was incredibly helpful.

Hi, and welcome :D.

I already had an idea that you'd got them from there even before I read it. Lol. Was very surprised when I first saw them there. IMO their SPS tank looked a bit better when they were running the halides.
Still very interested to see how they work out for you. Don't forget to keep the pics coming.
