I have a hitchhicker thats been in my tank for a whole and i cant seem to remove him. I always see him when im leaving to work or not prepared to put my hand in the tank.

Could someone please let me know how i can remove this crab without moving my rocks?? I feel like just stabing him the moment i see him... But its not his fault. So instead i would like to catch him to i can either give him away to someone with fish only or but him in my sump where i keep just the live rock. Although he might find his way to my fuge....

Thanks

Step 1 - Lean a CLEAN deep drinking glass on the rocks near where you see the crab. Do this just after lights out and place a piece of shrimp in the bottom of the glass. The crab will climb in and not be able to get out.
Step 2 - Relocate crab to sump:bagfish:

If that doesn't work I caught one with a shrimp stuck in a pair of pantyhose. The crab gets kind of stuck in it and you can just pull him out. Don't let the girl catch you though...
