GFO and ROX Carbon from bulk reef

i was just wondering how often do i need to change the medias in my reactors. every month, or every two months? anyone .? thank you

For me, Carbon every 3 weeks to a month. GFO every other month.

Usually every two-three weeks. I let mine go for a month.
I also use the ROX from BRS. I run my reactor on a timer 2hrs a day.
