Apex jr/iphone control

Can any1 tell me how to do this? I followed the manual. Idk what im doin wrong. I have a cisco e3000 router.

You have to figure out your IP address for your Apex Jr. It would help if you explain or give more details. Are you able to connect to your Apex from your computer- open up a web browser and type "http://apex" Your apex portal should come up and you should be prompted for a password.

Basically, once you can log into it from your pc, you just download the Aqua app from the Appstore. The app will require the IP address and port, which you can copy from your Internet browser that is already connected to the Apex portal.

If you cannot even connect to the portal from your pc, check to see if the green "status" light is coming on the Apex Jr. Hope this helps, got my Apex Jr 3 weeks ago and Im really digging it.

Ok im stumped. Im using my comp to connect and i cant access the web interface. Im not a big network guy so this is killen me

First thing- check the Ethernet cable going from apex jr to your router. Do you see the port light turn on and green on the router? This would mean that there is a connection established. If it is green on the apex and the router then rested your router (unplug and replug the power cable)- this manually reboots the router and network connectivity but make sure that you do it at a good time if you have other devices connecting to it.

Are you just typing "apex" in the browser? Also, my jr came with a software disc that can automatically discover and give you your ip address.

Hope this helps- I'm new to reefing but familiar with network admin. Also try looking up the "unofficial apex guide," a very helpful documentation from someone that is sharing his knowledge.
