Aquarium placement infront of baseboard heat

My wife has chosen a spot for the new Solana in the corner directly infront of the baseboard heat. I am concerned about a heat/evaporation issue in the winter.

Please let me know what you think and if you have yours setup this way.

When I had my 72 bow, I had it in front of the baseboard heat. I would not be too concerned with it. It is not like it is forced hot air which will cause much more evaporation. And it will help keep your water warm. If that is where you wife wants it, then not much you can do about it.

i think you wil be fine get and ato for it then you never have to worry about evaporation

Evaporation wouldn't be the main problem. If you have a chiller this should be an issue, but I would not recommend direct contact with the glass and heater or any part of the tank for that matter. I keep my tank quite close to my main living room heat source and it usually is not a problem. Only can be an issue with a radiator because of the extreme heat close to the source. Central air, etc shouldnt be an issue.
