7 legged starfish found...reef safe?

i turned on the lights to my tank yesterday and spotted what i thought was a 7 legged starfish. it was probably .5" and very quick. before i could snap a pic it was gone. it looked light blue and the center had reddish highlights.

i don't remember the rule about starfish legs which determine reef safe or not.
