aiptasia x kills mushrooms?

i was zapping some pests and there were a couple of shrroms close to my SPS so i squirted one in the mouth.it shrunk up and turned clear white.i did not know it killed mushrooms?has anyone tried it.if so how many shrooms can you do at a time.i dont want a ammonia spike and whatever toxins the mushrooms release.i was thinking like 3 every water change or so.what do you think.

I would have guessed it could kill them as well.
They're also called disc anemones you know. Lol...
Now, if we can only find something to get get rid of overcrowding polyps.
