Just curious but I've never used this product before did some research on this type of food and was wondering what the best way to feed this stuff is for fish ? Any suggestions I welcome thanks. I am trying to get 2 picky eaters to eat aka pgymy angelfish and clarki clownfish and have exhausted most of my choices and so thus cyclo peeze is the last straw I'm going to take with these fish. :D

so I heard yea that's what a lot of people seem to say from experience

so would it encourage my angelfish to eat after taking this stuff ? can I try mixing it with like some flakes or pellets so I can regularly get it to accept other dried fares ? thanks

I just put mine to un-freeze it in some water, then use a turkey blaster to feed my LPS. The fish will gladly eat whatever floats their way. They love it!

I would not recommend putting it directly in the sump as most might stay there, and in any case, some will get there.

ps: for LPS's: you need to get them to open first, usually to do that you put a small quantity of food in their vicinity, then wait 5-10 minutes.

First get them to take the cyclops and then you can try mixing with other things like mysis shrimp and then dry stuff. FWIW I and others have had pretty good success getting reluctant eaters to bite on Hikari Marine -S pellets. You might give them a try as well.

As long as you are prepared to do the ensuing additional maintenance i.e. more frequent water changes etc. don't hesitate to overfeed them until they are eating well.

funny thing is when i first got my raccoon butterflyfish he wouldn't eat for like a week or so then I tried mussels and he went for them like baby on crack candy then after another week or so the Hikari S type did the trick and its accepting any type of pellets i throw in the tank now. However the angelfish I have now seems to be just nipping at rocks maybe nibbled on a flake once maybe but glances by anything else I throw in there. I'll try the cyclo asap then Ill rub it on some of the hikari pellets soak em a bit and dump it in
