Replace center brace with eurobrace?

Can anyone do this? I would like to remove the entire black trim and center braces on my empty 125 and put eurobracing. The black trim on the bottom of the tank is fine and can stay.

Yes it has been done before. I was also considering this too. When I did a good search a few threads came up from RC.

Fine ill do it myself. Anyone have an opinion on wether this is safe. Looking to remove top black trim and brace and have glass shop make me half inch glass euro brace and i will silicone it on to top of now rimless tank.

I'm sure you already know that if you do remove the bracing and the tank does fail, you won't have any recourse with the manufacturer. All warranties will be void.
