I know that there was another thread on asking for software. In answer to that thread I threw together this quick workbook in Excel for anyone who want to use it.
This is only the first run, so if anyone has any ideas for modifications just let me know.

You will see multiple tabs across the bottom of the screen.
The first tab is for ENTERING your data.
The rest of the tabs are READ ONLY, and they will also show your readings for that specific test along with a 1-year graph.
UPDATE:
09/13/2011
Changed Dates back to 08/01/2011 in the sheet so that anyone keeping a journal can enter that info to get better term tracking.
Added tabs for feeding, water changes, dosing.
Made charts pretty (different colors), tried to match color of chart to color of test kit readings
If you know Excel you can easily edit this file. If you do not know, and don't want to mess it up, shoot me a PM and I will make changes for you.
If you decide to get new file, make sure that you SAVE AS a new file name (or change name of old file) then juts copy and paste your data in, it will then create the graphs on the fly.
Let me know what you think. I have not made it "pretty Yet" which I will get to.
